One hour group class. Includes 10 minute warm up, 15 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes strength and posture exercises and ends with 5 minutes of abs and stretching.

Per Individual Session

On on one, 30 minute program that includes correct form, cardio, strength, posture, and balance exercises. Includes nutrition discussion and goal setting.

Per Person - Small Group Training

Includes everything that you would get in an individual session, except you can bring a friend!
