How Did I Do?
ABOUT ME
I grew up near Kennywood and received a degree in Fine Arts from PSU in 1999. After working as a freelance graphic designer for 15 years, I decided to become a certified personal trainer with NASM. I continued my education with certifications in Corrective Exercise, Women's Health, and Nutrition Essentials. Over the years I saw many clients with chronic health issues, so I decided to attend CCAC. In 2021, I graduated and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Currently, I continue to work from home as a graphic designer, mainly creating a bi-monthly newspaper for the Serb National Federation. You will see me at the gym everyday, either exercising myself, teaching a group class or working one-on-one with personal training clients. I also pick up hours as a PRN PTA in local assisted living facilities, where I also instruct Silver Sneaker classes.
I believe that fitness and strength is an important part of life in order to function to our best ability.
